One of the best cheeseburgers that I have ever had. The outside seating is perfect on a nice day. My kids and my wife loved their meal as well. All of the portions are large and the prices are affordable. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area!
Great service. And I'm probably more excited than I should be that they offer a veggie basket as an appetizer. The veggie basket is fantastic, It has carrots, celery, red peppers, cucumbers, and a heap of large green olives. The veggie basket and wings are a definite goto option for when we eat here.
I can't believe that I've never left a review of this place. The Gardens/Dover Dive/whatever you call this just about as good as you can get when it comes to a legacy bar; there is a long history, good food and, an outstanding staff.
Friendly service, better than expected food. Can't really expect more from a tavern. Sweet potato fries were as good as they come If I have to come up with something constructive for the owner, it would be that the bathroom deodorizer smell is so strong it reaches out to the few tables nearby.
Hadn't been here in years. My folks used to bring me here when I was a kid. Much cleaner and nicer than it was back in the early 80s! The food was really good! Wish I woulda taken a picture! The only thing they need is some pinball and video games like they had when I was a kid!
Tiffany was the bartender that took care of us … she was very attentive, polite, & so funny and overall made our experience there AMAZING !!! I will definitely be going back to see her very soon :)
